You can sit or lie down. Allow your hands to rest naturally. If you feel comfortable, gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.” “Bring your attention to your breathing. Notice the air as it moves in through your nose… and out through your mouth. There’s no need to change your breath. Just observe it. If your mind wanders—and it will—gently guide it back to your breath, without judgment.”
Cancellation Policy
Bookings & Cancellation Policy At Jubilee Counselling, your time and wellbeing are valued. Each session is reserved especially for you, and this policy helps ensure fairness and availability for all clients. Bookings Appointments can be made online, via phone, or email. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Session Times Sessions begin and end as scheduled. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the allocated time to respect other clients. Cancellations & Changes We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. More than 24 hours’ notice: no fee Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of session fee Missed appointments (no notice): full session fee applies Unexpected Circumstances We understand that life can be unpredictable. In genuine emergencies, fees may be reviewed with care and understanding. Commitment to Your Care Regular attendance supports meaningful progress. Your session time is held just for you, and we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and consistent space for your growth.
